Property is wealth

Access it. Control it. Share it.

We are changing the way property wealth can be accessed and afforded, opening the world of properties to many more buyers, owners and investors, using crypto currency backed by real assets.

Today’s property market excludes a large part of the community from buying and investing in property, HiP Interactive Property (HiP) financing creativity offers a first for home owners, developers, investors and buyers enabling them to take control of their property finances by finding affordable financing packages, releasing value from their assets and investing flexibly in the high-yield property markets.

Owners can sell debt or equity stakes for the first time online. HiP also introduces its own Ethereum-based smart token which serves as a currency within the HiP Ecosystem, backed by real physical assets (properties), which makes it stand out from many other projects using crypto currency.

All this is done via HiP’s mobile app and HiP’s unique, IP-protected digital trading platform.

HiP makes use of blockchain technology by publishing all transactions to a public ledger. We manage the relationship between owners & investors by smart contracts in a highly cost effective & transparent way.

The world’s first stable and staking token backed by bricks and mortar.

HiP starts today with a first version of the HiP mobile app and a pipeline of development project financing.
