HiP’s pilot product (available on iphone), transports users to their own personal world of property in a highly visual, designed environment of gaming quality. As part of an immersive experience, owned properties and their potential as money can be explored, users can take a walk down their street, through their town, city or borough and see the value of what’s around them, even creating a new visual design of their property within this world. Everyone can personalise their experience, and explore over 35 million property records, both residential and commercial, through the eyes of HiP, which sets a new benchmark for a ‘real world’ encounter with property.
HiP’s financing creativity is also a first for homeowners, developers, asset managers and investors. Owners can now buy and sell debt or equity stakes for the first time and in real-time. First time buyers can now access properties previously too expensive. Existing owners can release value from their property without moving or taking on additional debt. Developers can sell equity stakes or raise debt. Asset managers can sell equity holdings across their entire portfolio with a click. Existing equity can even be used to pay down monthly loan interest repayments. On HiP property is money, accessible just like a bank account, in real-time. All done via HiP’s unique trading exchange, operated by a FCA regulated company.
